Natalie
Salon Owner, Creative Master Cutting & Colour Specialist
Natalie has been hairdressing for 30 years and is the salon owner of Beautifully Gorgeous Salon.
The salon has enjoyed 33 years of trading and Natalie has been the salon owner for 15 of these years.
Natalie works as Creative Director within the salon and still hand on with clients alongside running the business.
Natalie is exceptional in all aspects of hairdressing. Natalie's passion for hairdressing shines through her work and specialises in precision cutting, high fashion disconnected styles, bobs, creative cutting.
Natalie holds a special talent and passion for her colour correction and colour change work alongside balayage and creative colouring. If ever you have a problem with any colour that has gone wrong, or fancy a complete change, then Natalie is your colourist.
Natalie decided to take her colouring skills to a new level, she successfully studied and qualified with REDKEN in London to be a Redken 'Certified Colour Specialist' in 2013. This is a prestigious award not held by many in the UK.
Natalie also works very hard in the background to ensure the smooth day to day running of the salon. Natalie understands the importance of good customer service and supports the team in their successes.
Natalie ensures that all the team regularly attends training courses to keep up to date and retain high standards within the hair salon and the beauty salon.
Natalie has entered into competitions. Entering locally held awards and regularly winning. Further competitions entered were Wella Colour Trend and the L'Oreal Colour Trophy awards and managing to become a national finalist.
Natalie has been lucky enough to work in the Middle East and also worked for a royal family whilst supervising an international team of stylists within the hair salon she was working in.
Lucy
Head Therapist & Dermalocia Skin Expert
Lucy has been a therapist for 16 years now and joined the Beautifully Gorgeous team in 2015.
Lucy regularly receives 5 Star reviews for her work. and she is a real asset to the salon. Lucy is known for her calm and nurturing nature. Her approach will leave you quite simply floating out the door after your visit.
Lucy has been qualified to a Master specialist with Dermalogica skincare. She Knows everything there is to know about your skin.
Lucy is a fantastic all rounder therapist, and confident in facials, pedicures, manicures, waxing, fabulous eye shaping and tinting. Lucy's passion lies with her massage skills and reflexology.
During her career, Lucy has been lucky enough to travel the world and study just about every technique available in massage techniques. These skills have resulted in guests returning time after time and quite simply 'in love' with the massages.
Her dedication is clear and forever present. Every guest that books an appointment with Lucy will confirm this.
Kirsten
Creative Director Master Cutting Stylist
Kirsten has been hairdressing for 18 years now and joined the Beautifully Gorgeous team in 2015.
A Creative level 5 director stylist, Kirsten holds the highest standards and skills you can imagine.
Kirsten's creative ability with her trained eye for cutting the most extreme and precision cuts is breath taking. Kirsten is never afraid to push the boundaries and take your cut to another level. She is the architect of hair cutting.Kirsten also enjoys doing creative colouring and introducing pastels and high fashion colours.
Kirsten skills for putting hair up, and plaiting hair is second to none. Kirsten is very good in Brazillian blow-dries and extremely quick with them.
As a qualified Assessor for City & Guilds she understands the importance of teaching high standards to our future professionals. Her passion for sharing her training skills and knowledge to our apprentices and helping them succeed really shines through.
You will always feel welcome when booking an appointment with Kirsten. Kirsten is quite simply a lovely stylist with a totally open and honest approach which everyone respects her for.
Kirsten is also a qualified beauty therapist. We are often busy in the beauty department and she'll happily support the beauty team.
Freya
Creative Director Stylist
Freya is one of our Creative Director Stylists.
Freya is a fantastic director stylist at Beautifully Gorgeous Salon who joined the team in 2018.
From the moment you meet Freya, you will feel totally at ease. Her love and passion for hair & customer service is clearly evident and makes you feel like you are the only person in the whole world.
Already a popular stylist with guests to the salon. Freya loves all aspects of creative colouring, balayage, cutting and restyling the hair, and whats not to love about "A Chelsea bouncy blow-dry?"
Freya has an amazing talent with hair and her colouring skills are super advanced and on point. She has a massive passion for shorter hairstyles that need that super extreme finish.
Freya is part of the specialist team for hair extensions. Beautifully Gorgeous are using only the best quality of hair and working with Racoon International. Racoon are world renowned for being the best in the business and endorsed by Andrew Barton. The hair is ethically sourced and is the only company to have the BS Kite standard.
Freya works on Thursday, Friday and every other Saturday.
Carla
Senior Stylist
Carla has been a senior stylist with Beautifully Gorgeous Salon since 2019.
Carla has been hairdressing for 17 years, and her experience shows. She is amazing and very experienced in a wide range of hairdressing services.Her colouring and cutting skills are excellent.
Carla enjoys all kinds of colouring, with skills to execute in an efficient manner. Carla is especially talented with precision and technical hair cutting.
She loves cutting a bob and has a great reputation for cutting these types of styles. Bob haircuts are renowned for being the most complicated haircuts.
If you are looking for an extra amazing Bob hair-cut, Carla is your stylist. This being said, Carla can create any haircut you are looking for.
